Dear Family,

I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Angelina Zherevchuk. Angelina served as my adoption liaison/ interpreter during my March/April 2004 trip to Ukraine. From the moment I met her I gave her 100% of my trust - she never let me down. Throughout the duration of my stay Angelina remained by my side and served my needs like a true professional. Her knowledge of the adoption system and process was remarkable. Before I arrived she had already processed most of the adoption paperwork, and while I was there she efficiently handled the scheduling of all necessary appointments and meetings, made sure that I was where I needed to be at the time that I needed to be there and always made sure that my personal needs and safety were tended to.

Through some challenging times I relied heavily on Angelina - she helped me through those times with a positive attitude, complete honesty and, when needed, a simple hug. There is no doubt in my mind that I am now the mother of a beautiful little girl thanks to Angelina. As I look back at my time in Ukraine I am often amazed at how much she truly did for me - so much more than I could ever write in a letter.
